Supermama is a gallery shop that features handpicked products from around the world. A firm supporter of Singaporean design and designers, Supermama works closely with many members of the local design community and Japanese craft facilities to produce souvenirs that represent contemporary Singaporean culture.
Launched in Singapore’s jubilee year, Supermama’s Souvenirs from Singapore collection uses the local culture and lifestyle as a context for design and to pay homage to familiar Singaporean institutions. The collection showcases the Merlion Chou Chou, a cuddly version of Singapore’s national icon, and the One Singapore 2015 plate, which pays tribute to the country’s melting pot of cultures, people and flavors.
Supermama’s flagship store is on Beach Road, and it also has a presence in the Singapore Art Museum and Esplanade—Theaters on the Bay.
